Both games are pretty good, it's hard for me to say one is better than the other. 2020 is more polished but 2017 has more fun factor. 2020 has the best pack of legends in the whole series, but 2017 has Ronaldo Il Fenomeno. I have every game from 17-21 and right now these are the 2 football games I have installed on my dusty old ps4.

just played pes 2017 then pes 2021 to compare so 2017 is said to be good. what it is is arcadey -the dribbling is ball glued to the feet, the animations work without any regard for physics (as in if guy is running one way and u do a dribble move it doesnt matter that u were running that way).
